Our Land Development Manual (LDM) is a detailed set of policies, procedures and forms for land development, subdivisions, and new connections. The manual provides a detailed guide for developers, engineering consultants, landowners, surveyors and councils when developing or redeveloping land within Southern Water’s area of responsibility.
