Concessions

Eligible customers will receive a State Government funded concession of $130 ($65 for water and $65 for wastewater).

The value of this concession will be linked to future price rises in water and wastewater services. For example, if you are eligible for a concession and your account increases by 5% in a year, then your concession will also increase by 5%.

Holders of the following cards who are legally responsible for the account and occupy the property as their principal place of residence are eligible for the concession:

If you were eligible to receive a rates remission from your local council on 30 June 2009 this concession should automatically appear on your 2009/2010 account.
