Geoff Willis – Chair
Mr Willis was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hydro Tasmania between 1999 and 2006. Prior to this appointment, Mr Willis was Managing Director, Amcor Paper Group. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Masters degree in Business Administration and has completed the Executive Program at Stanford University. Mr Willis is the Chairman of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra and the Energy Supply Association of Australia's Environment Committee, a member of the National Electricity Code Administrator Reliability Panel and Chairman of Colorpak Limited. Mr Willis is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr Brian Bayley
Mr Bayley is the Victorian based former CEO of Melbourne Water. His industry knowledge and change management experience will be invaluable in the new corporations. He is a past Chairman of the Water Services Association of Australia.
Mr Miles Hampton
Mr Hampton is a director of a number of Tasmanian, national and international businesses and currently is the Chair of Hobart Water. He is the former CEO and Managing Director of Roberts Limited.
Dr Dan Norton
Dr Norton’s current directorships include the Chair of the Tasmanian Ports Corporation and the Menzies Research Institute. He is a former CEO and Managing Director of both the Hydro-Electric Corporation and Aurora Energy.
Mr Roger Gill
Mr Gill had a long and successful career with Hydro Tasmania and was the Executive General Manager from 2004 to 2007. More recently he has developed his own international hydro consulting business. He is also a director of the Tasmanian Irrigation Development Board.
Mr Rob Woolley
Mr Woolley is Chairman of Freycinet Coast Financial Services, Tasmanian Forests and Forest Industries Council and Tasmanian Pure Foods Ltd. He is the former Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Websters Limited and has a strong background in finance, having been a partner with Deloittes.
