Southern Water's Corporate Plan describes how we intend to meet customer requirements, provide sustainable distributions to our owners and continue to develop as a successful business in accordance with good commercial practice.
Implementation of our Corporate Plan will result in the following key customer benefits:
- Improved water quality;
- Reduced wastewater impacts on the environment;
- Metering; and
- A fairer, more cost reflective tariff structure.
