We will deliver a People and Capability Plan to sustain the personnel capability and organisational competence and compliance goals. The development of an effective People and Capability Framework will link staffing requirements to business objectives and deliverables.

The enterprise agreement is part of the framework and is a key document as it unifies 13 existing and disparate sets of working conditions into one industrial instrument. It is our intention to provide a fair and equitable set of workplace practices while establishing a workplace environment that promote efficiency, customer service and innovation as the normal practice. 

We plan to improve skill levels and increase our workforce capability to ensure we are at the leading edge of water industry service delivery. We also intend to develop a competitive recruitment and retention strategy to attract the desired calibre of personnel, as well as retaining existing employees. Delivery of this strategy is even more important due to our ageing workforce.
